The way a restaurant or a hotel runs, turned into a system.

TimeLiber builds subscription software for hospitality. Gastro runs the operation of restaurants, cafés and bars. Travel does the same for hotels, glampings and lodges.

The thesis

Operations don't break for lack of effort. They break for lack of a system.

In hospitality the work is spread across WhatsApp, spreadsheets, notebooks and whatever the longest-serving employee remembers. None of that is a system: it is scattered information that someone has to hold together every single day. Our products turn that scatter into software, and that software gives time back.

The data lives in one place

Menu, inventory, availability and bookings stop being split across people and files.

The operation becomes traceable

Who changed what, when and from where. Not as an audit trail, but so decisions can rest on data.

Automation comes afterwards

First the process works as a system. AI on top of a broken process only speeds up the confusion.

Where we start

Hospitality first, and two specialised products instead of one generic tool.

A restaurant and a hotel share the same underlying problem — the operation lives outside any system — but they don't share the operation itself. A menu changes by time of day; availability is computed from overlapping dates. Building a product for each, on the same multi-tenant architecture, buys real depth in both without duplicating the foundations.

The products

Two products in production, on the same architecture.

Both are sold by subscription, with a 7-day trial and a public instance you can open right now. What is built and what isn't yet is labelled.

Product status

What exists, what is being built, and where it is going.

We publish this distinction because the alternative — describing everything in the present tense — makes it impossible to tell what you can actually use today. No dates: something moves to the left-hand column when it is deployed and anyone can use it, not when it works on a laptop.

Live

Working products deployed today

  • Gastro Carta — digital menus published and in use
  • Travel Presencia — public storefront and direct-booking demo available
  • Operis — first complete learning path

Building

Written and tested, not open to everyone yet

  • Gastro point of sale and live floor, in closed pilot
  • Payment gateway checkout in Travel
  • Booking operations calendar in Travel

Vision

Where the product is headed. Does not exist yet

  • A unified hospitality operating layer connecting customer conversations, reservations, orders, payments and operational systems
  • Order & Pay: guests order and pay from the table
  • Central reservation system connected to external channels
  • Multilingual conversational concierge, 24/7

Applied learning

Applied-learning software, not a video course. Each lesson is an interactive story where you decide, you practise, and you finish with a diagnosis of your own real process.

In pre-validation

  • Lessons as interactive stories, on a purpose-built engine
  • Decisions that change how the story unfolds
  • Guided practice on every concept
  • “My case”: six pieces built on a process of your own
  • Closing with an applied diagnosis sheet
  • Progression through progressive unlocking

Why TimeLiber

The difference is in the foundations, not in the feature list.

Anyone can add features. What decides whether a hospitality product holds up is how it separates each business's data, how it exposes its information, and in what order it is built.

01

Multi-tenant from day one

Isolation between businesses is enforced by PostgreSQL Row Level Security, on a role with no privilege to bypass it. It does not depend on any developer remembering to add a filter.

02

API first

Each product exposes its operation as a versioned API. That is what lets payments, channels or automation grow on top without rebuilding anything.

03

Foundations before intelligence

An assistant can only sell what the system knows how to manage. That is why the order is system first, AI last.
