This policy covers the corporate site timeliber.com.co. Each product — Gastro, Travel and Operis — has its own policy, and that is the one that applies when you create an account with it.
Document under review. These texts describe honestly how the site actually works, but they have not yet been reviewed by Colombian counsel. Each product's own terms and privacy policy live on its own site, and those are what govern signing up for it.
1.Data controller
TimeLiber S.A.S., NIT 902.083.455-5, registered in Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia. Requests about personal data are handled at the email published on the company page.
2.Legal framework
Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015 (personal data protection), and Law 1480 of 2011 (consumer statute and identification duties in e-commerce).
3.What data we collect on this site
None directly. This site has no forms, asks for no sign-up and stores no personal data on any server of ours. If you choose to write to us, you do so over WhatsApp, and that service's policy then applies alongside ours regarding the conversation.
4.Storage in your browser
We keep two things on your own device, both strictly technical and neither used to track you: your light or dark theme preference, and your preferred language. They are never sent to any analytics server, and you can remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser.
5.Analytics and advertising
We use no web analytics tools, tracking pixels, advertising cookies or profiling. We do not share or sell data to third parties for commercial purposes.
6.Third parties
Typefaces are served from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google servers and that request includes your IP address. It is the only third party involved in loading this site.
7.Your rights
You may access, update, correct and delete your data, and withdraw consent where it applies. Since this site stores no personal data, the usual route is to write to the company email stating which product or conversation concerns you.
8.Links to other sites
From here we link to the Gastro, Travel and Operis sites, and to public demo instances. Each has its own conditions and its own data policy.
9.Changes
If this policy changes, the date in the header is updated. Changes take effect once published on this page.
