Website terms of use
Last updated: 19 August 2026
These conditions apply to browsing timeliber.com.co. They do not govern purchasing any product: each one has its own terms on its own site, and those are what apply if you open an account.
Document under review. These texts describe honestly how the site actually works, but they have not yet been reviewed by Colombian counsel. Each product's own terms and privacy policy live on its own site, and those are what govern signing up for it.
1.Provider identification
TimeLiber S.A.S., NIT 902.083.455-5, registered in Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia. This identification is published in compliance with the e-commerce disclosure duty under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011.
2.Purpose and scope
This site is informational. It describes the company, its products and the development status of each capability. Nothing is purchased, paid for or signed up to from here.
3.About product information
We explicitly separate what is available, what is being built and what is product vision. Nothing marked as in progress or as vision constitutes an offer or a commitment to a date. The binding commercial conditions are those in each product's own terms.
4.Prices shown
Prices shown here are a reference point and are stated in Colombian pesos. The prices in force are always those published on each product's plans page, which prevails over this site.
5.Intellectual property
The TimeLiber, Gastro, Travel and Operis marks, together with the text, design and code of this site, belong to TimeLiber S.A.S. You may quote and link to the content citing the source; you may not reproduce it as your own or use the marks in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement.
6.Public demonstrations
The instances linked as demos contain fictional data and exist to show the product. They must not be used to run a real business or to upload sensitive information.
7.Availability
We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the complete absence of errors. Service level commitments, where they exist, belong to each product's terms.
8.Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of the Republic of Colombia.
